Jenna has been a Registered Dietitian for more than two decades. She has held positions in the field of Dietetics including hospital care, home health care, and private practice. Her years in private practice lead to many exciting experiences including segments on local TV, Radio, and working with athletes from professional sports teams.

Living in different places is integral to Jenna’s philosophy on food and nutrition. She has lived in every part of the USA except the Southwest. She has also lived in Stockholm, Sweden, and is currently residing in Germany.

Most days you will find Jenna writing a book about our universal connectedness about food. The book will be full of humorous observations, life experiences, a dash of nutrition, food history, and travel.

Thoughts on Food and Nutrition

Nutrition is science and there are too many non-scientists in the kitchen dishing up dubious nutrition information. I firmly believe if you need nutrition information or advice it should come from experts. Namely, Dietitians and Nutrition experts who studied nutrition at the University and have legitimate credentials.

Or you could choose the alternative such as your Aunt’s best friend who took an online nutrition class and has a huge online following. You could also make that choice but why cloud your understanding with inaccuracies?

My thought is to focus on the food first and seek out experts if you need solid nutrition advice.
